Robert Wagner, WAGZ, is an Award Winning Producer, Actor and Director. He grew up in New Bern, NC and graduated from New Bern High School in 2002. During his childhood he attended Faith United Methodist Church where he started his passion for acting in the stage play “The Promise.” During high school he was in Choir and Theatre where he did plays such as "The Phantom of the Opera", "Oklahoma", "Les Miserables", and "Grease." After high school his continued his passion at the local theatre in New Bern. His passion for acting, lead him into Film. Wagz study film under Mr. Cox at Craven Community College and was first picked up as an office production assistant on the film “Southern Belle” starring Anna Ferris, who sings a song in the movie written by Robert. After Southern Belle, Robert went on to work on many other short films, TV Shows, commercials, and feature films, working with some
well known producers and actors. He was able to not only act in many productions, but became producers on many films because of his creative thinking, ability to think outside the box, and save money. While working in the film industry Robert Wagner served as a Police Officer in Raleigh, NC for over 7 years. He resigned from the department in 2014 to pursue his passion and work full time in the film industry. Besides his work as an assiciate producer and 2nd 2nd Assitant Director on the feature film Adrenaline, his latest project, Bragg N East, has won many awards including having his world premier screening at the Cannes Film Festival in France. Bragg N East has been seen all over the world including India and Berlin, Germany. This project is still being screened at many film festivals all over the US. His next project is to work on the feature length version of Bragg N East. Robert Wagner is happily married to his wife, Kristyl Wagner, of over 10 years. They have 2 wonderful children together, Alayna & Daegan Wagner.
